मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-130, verse-10

तस्यां च सानुरागोऽभून्मद्रराजस्य वै सुतः ।
सुमनायां महानन्दो महाबलपराक्रमः ॥१०॥
10. tasyāṃ ca sānurāgo'bhūnmadrarājasya vai sutaḥ .
sumanāyāṃ mahānando mahābalaparākramaḥ.
10. tasyām ca sa anurāgaḥ abhūt madrarājasya vai
sutaḥ sumanāyām mahānandaḥ mahābalaparākramaḥ
10. And indeed, Mahānanda, the son of the king of Madra, who possessed great strength and valor, became deeply enamored with Sumanā.
