महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-36, verse-43

जुह्वतां तत्र तेषां तु मुनीनां भावितात्मनाम् ।
स्वाध्यायेनापि महता बभूवुः पूरिता दिशः ॥४३॥
43. juhvatāṁ tatra teṣāṁ tu munīnāṁ bhāvitātmanām ,
svādhyāyenāpi mahatā babhūvuḥ pūritā diśaḥ.

43. There, the directions became filled, indeed, by the great self-recitation (svādhyāya) of those sages (muni) who were offering oblations and whose inner selves (ātman) were pure.
