महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-22, verse-21

सौबलं च तथा तात
नीतिमानिति मन्यते ॥२१॥
21. saubalaṁ ca tathā tāta
nītimāniti manyate.

21. And similarly, dear father, he considers the son of Subala (Śakuni) to be a man of policy.
