अथैनं छिन्नधन्वानं नवभिर्निशितैः शरैः ।
विव्याध हृदये तूर्णं तिष्ठ तिष्ठेति चाब्रवीत् ॥८॥

8. Then, he quickly pierced the warrior, whose bow was broken, in the heart with nine sharp arrows, and cried out, "Stop! Stop!"
