तदप्यस्य धनुः क्षिप्रं चिच्छेद लघुहस्तवत् ।
द्वितीयं च तृतीयं च चतुर्थं पञ्चमं तथा ॥४९॥

49. tadapyasya dhanuḥ kṣipraṁ ciccheda laghuhastavat ,
dvitīyaṁ ca tṛtīyaṁ ca caturthaṁ pañcamaṁ tathā.

49. laghuhastavat asya tat dhanuḥ api kṣipraṃ ciccheda
ca dvitīyaṃ ca tṛtīyaṃ caturthaṃ pañcamaṃ tathā

49. He, being quick-handed, swiftly cut that bow of his as well. And similarly, he cut his second, third, fourth, and fifth (bows).
