महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-36, verse-62

एवं मनुष्यमप्येकं गुणैरपि समन्वितम् ।
शक्यं द्विषन्तो मन्यन्ते वायुर्द्रुममिवैकजम् ॥६२॥
62. evaṁ manuṣyamapyekaṁ guṇairapi samanvitam ,
śakyaṁ dviṣanto manyante vāyurdrumamivaikajam.
62. evam manuṣyam api ekam guṇaiḥ api samanvitam
śakyam dviṣantaḥ manyante vāyuḥ drumam iva ekajam
62. Similarly, enemies consider even a single man, though endowed with virtues, easy to overcome, just as the wind (overcomes) an isolated tree.
