महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-85, verse-11

स्कन्नमात्रं च तच्छुक्रं स्रुवेण प्रतिगृह्य सः ।
आज्यवन्मन्त्रवच्चापि सोऽजुहोद्भृगुनन्दन ॥११॥
11. skannamātraṁ ca tacchukraṁ sruveṇa pratigṛhya saḥ ,
ājyavanmantravaccāpi so'juhodbhṛgunandana.

ājyavat mantravat ca api saḥ ajuhot bhṛgunandana
11. bhṛgunandana ca tat skannamātram śukram sruveṇa

11. And as soon as that essence was spilled, he (Brahmā), having received it with a ladle, offered it, along with clarified butter and sacred chants (mantra), O son of Bhṛgu.
