गङ्गाया उत्तरे कूले वप्रान्ते राजसत्तम ।

18. O best of kings, [he built it] on the northern bank of the Gaṅgā, at the edge of the rampart, and to the south of the Gomatī, like the city of Amarāvatī belonging to Indra.
