A person who, having purified himself by bathing in the hermitage (āśrama) of the ancestors (pitṛ) – just as the host of Maruts (marudgaṇa) do – by bathing in the holy place (tīrtha) of Vaivasvata (Yama), himself becomes a holy place (tīrtha).
