महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-26, verse-32

नैमिषे स्वर्गतीर्थे च उपस्पृश्य जितेन्द्रियः ।
फलं पुरुषमेधस्य लभेन्मासं कृतोदकः ॥३२॥
32. naimiṣe svargatīrthe ca upaspṛśya jitendriyaḥ ,
phalaṁ puruṣamedhasya labhenmāsaṁ kṛtodakaḥ.
32. naimiṣe svargatīrthe ca upaspṛśya jitendriyaḥ
phalam puruṣamedhasya labhet māsam kṛtodakaḥ
32. Having performed ritual ablutions at Naimiṣa, at the celestial sacred bathing place, a person who has controlled their senses and offered water libations obtains the benefit of the (puruṣamedha) Vedic ritual for a month.
