महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-26, verse-29

रमण्यां च उपस्पृश्य तथा वै गन्धतारिके ।
एकमासं निराहारस्त्वन्तर्धानफलं लभेत् ॥२९॥
29. ramaṇyāṁ ca upaspṛśya tathā vai gandhatārike ,
ekamāsaṁ nirāhārastvantardhānaphalaṁ labhet.

29. Having bathed in Ramaṇī and also in Gandhatārikā, one who fasts for one month would indeed obtain the fruit of invisibility.
