महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-26, verse-48

जम्बूमार्गे त्रिभिर्मासैः संयतः सुसमाहितः ।
अहोरात्रेण चैकेन सिद्धिं समधिगच्छति ॥४८॥
48. jambūmārge tribhirmāsaiḥ saṁyataḥ susamāhitaḥ ,
ahorātreṇa caikena siddhiṁ samadhigacchati.

ahorātreṇa ca ekena siddhim samadhigacchati
48. By being self-controlled and highly concentrated for three months on the Jambū path, one attains spiritual accomplishment (siddhi) in a single day and night.
