महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-133, verse-19

अर्घार्हान्न च सत्कारैरर्चयन्ति यथाविधि ।
अर्घ्यमाचमनीयं वा न यच्छन्त्यल्पबुद्धयः ॥१९॥
19. arghārhānna ca satkārairarcayanti yathāvidhi ,
arghyamācamanīyaṁ vā na yacchantyalpabuddhayaḥ.

arghyam ācamanīyam vā na yacchanti alpabuddhayaḥ
19. Those of shallow intellect do not honor persons worthy of reverence with appropriate ceremonies, nor do they offer the water for reception or for sipping, as prescribed.
