महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-133, verse-18

मार्गार्हस्य च ये मार्गं न यच्छन्त्यल्पबुद्धयः ।
पाद्यार्हस्य च ये पाद्यं न ददत्यल्पबुद्धयः ॥१८॥

18. mārgārhasya ca ye mārgaṁ na yacchantyalpabuddhayaḥ ,
pādyārhasya ca ye pādyaṁ na dadatyalpabuddhayaḥ.

pādyārhasya ca ye pādyaṃ na dadati alpabuddhayaḥ

18. And those small-minded people who do not yield the way to one who deserves passage, and those small-minded people who do not offer water for the feet to one worthy of it.
