महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-133, verse-47

वर्जयन्त्यशुभं कर्म सेवमानाः शुभं तथा ।
लभन्ते स्वर्गतिं नित्यमिह लोके सुखं तथा ॥४७॥
47. varjayantyaśubhaṁ karma sevamānāḥ śubhaṁ tathā ,
labhante svargatiṁ nityamiha loke sukhaṁ tathā.
47. varjayanti aśubham karma sevamānāḥ śubham tathā
labhante svargatim nityam iha loke sukham tathā
47. sevamānāḥ śubham tathā aśubham karma varjayanti
nityam iha loke sukham tathā svargatim labhante
47. Those who avoid inauspicious actions (karma) and similarly engage in auspicious ones always attain a heavenly state, as well as happiness in this world.
