महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-133, verse-16

अल्पभोगकुले जाता अल्पभोगरता नराः ।
अनेन कर्मणा देवि भवन्त्यधनिनो नराः ॥१६॥
16. alpabhogakule jātā alpabhogaratā narāḥ ,
anena karmaṇā devi bhavantyadhanino narāḥ.
