अथ प्रत्यग्दक्षिणस्यां महाराज्यसुराष्ट्रकाः ।
सिन्धुसौवीरशूद्राख्या आभीरा द्रविडास्तथा ॥ ४० ॥

40. Now, in the southwest are the Mahārājya-Surāṣṭrakas, those called Sindhu-Sauvīra-Śūdras, the Ābhīras, and also the Draviḍas.
