योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-2, chapter-18, verse-43

गच्छत्यवयवः स्पन्दं सुमनःपत्रमर्दने ।
इह धीमात्ररोधस्तु नाङ्गावयवचालनम् ॥ ४३ ॥

43. sumanaḥpatramardane avayavaḥ spandaṃ gacchati.

43. A limb moves when crushing flower petals. But in this (spiritual practice), it is merely the cessation of mental activity, not the movement of body parts.

43. לחיצת עלה של פרח דורשת תנועה של איבר מגופך; אך כאן נדרשת רק הרגעה של פעילות החשיבה, ולא הנעה של איברי הגוף.
