अन्यस्थाने स्थितं चेत् स्यात् तदा जन्माशुभं वदेत् ॥७४॥

One should know the native's birth (janma) to be auspicious (śubha) [if Prāṇapada is in those specified houses]. Likewise, if it is in the eleventh house as well, the birth is auspicious. If it is located in any other house, then one should declare the native's birth to be inauspicious (aśubha).
