26.
O brahmin (vipra), Mercury (budhaḥ) indeed possesses an excellent physique, is eloquent, and very fond of humor. Moreover, he has a pitta (fiery) and kapha (phlegmatic) dosha, and a vāta (maruta) constitution (prakṛti).
