बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-3, verse-57

तत्काले च निसर्गे च मित्रं चेदधिमित्रकम् ।
मित्रं मित्रसमत्वे तु शत्रुः शत्रुसमत्वके ॥५७॥
57. tatkāle ca nisarge ca mitraṃ cedadhimitrakam .
mitraṃ mitrasamatve tu śatruḥ śatrusamatvake.

mitram mitra samatve tu śatruḥ śatru samatvake
57. If a planet is a friend both naturally and temporarily, it is considered a great friend (adhimitrakam). If it is a friend in one context and neutral in the other, it is a friend. If it is an enemy in one context and neutral in the other, it is an enemy.
