If a planet is a friend in one context and an enemy in the other, it is considered neutral. If it is an enemy both naturally and temporarily, it is a great enemy (adhiśatrutā). Thus, an astrologer (daivajña) should analyze these (relationships) and declare the results for a native's (jātaka) horoscope.
