बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-3, verse-58

समो मित्ररिपुत्वे तु शत्रुत्वे त्वधिशत्रुता ।
एवं विविच्य दैवज्ञो जातकस्य फलं वदेत् ॥५८॥
58. samo mitrariputve tu śatrutve tvadhiśatrutā .
evaṃ vivicya daivajño jātakasya phalaṃ vadet.
58. samaḥ mitra riputve tu śatrutve tu adhiśatrutā
evam vivicya daivajñaḥ jātaka sya phalam vadet
58. If a planet is a friend in one context and an enemy in the other, it is considered neutral. If it is an enemy both naturally and temporarily, it is a great enemy (adhiśatrutā). Thus, an astrologer (daivajña) should analyze these (relationships) and declare the results for a native's (jātaka) horoscope.
