महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-9, verse-7

मद्रराजं तु समरे दृष्ट्वा युद्धाय विष्ठितम् ।
कुरवः संन्यवर्तन्त मृत्युं कृत्वा निवर्तनम् ॥७॥
7. madrarājaṁ tu samare dṛṣṭvā yuddhāya viṣṭhitam ,
kuravaḥ saṁnyavartanta mṛtyuṁ kṛtvā nivartanam.
