महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-68, verse-43

न ते स्म शक्याः संख्यातुं व्राताः शतसहस्रशः ।
वृष्टिस्तथाविधा ह्यासीच्छलभानामिवायतिः ॥४३॥

43. na te sma śakyāḥ saṁkhyātuṁ vrātāḥ śatasahasraśaḥ ,
vṛṣṭistathāvidhā hyāsīcchalabhānāmivāyatiḥ.

43. These hosts could not be counted, numbering in the hundreds of thousands. Indeed, their arrival was like a shower of locusts.
