Those who will engage in battle (saṃyugam) with Vāyu (Bhīmasena) in human form (nararūpeṇa) are certainly (niyatam) impelled (coditāḥ) by destiny (dhātṛ), just like (iva) great beasts (mahāmṛgāḥ) are driven by a lion (siṃhena).
