महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-53, verse-61

तथा शीघ्रास्त्रयुद्धे तु वर्तमाने सुदारुणे ।
शीघ्राच्छीघ्रतरं पार्थः शरानन्यानुदीरयत् ॥६१॥
61. tathā śīghrāstrayuddhe tu vartamāne sudāruṇe ,
śīghrācchīghrataraṁ pārthaḥ śarānanyānudīrayat.

61. As that extremely fierce battle involving swift missiles (śīghrāstra-yuddha) raged on, Arjuna (Pārtha) discharged other arrows, each swifter than the last.
