महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-53, verse-28

तथैव दिव्यं गाण्डीवं धनुरादाय पाण्डवः ।
शत्रुघ्नं वेगवद्धृष्टो भारसाधनमुत्तमम् ।
विससर्ज शरांश्चित्रान्सुवर्णविकृतान्बहून् ॥२८॥
28. tathaiva divyaṁ gāṇḍīvaṁ dhanurādāya pāṇḍavaḥ ,
śatrughnaṁ vegavaddhṛṣṭo bhārasādhanamuttamam ,
visasarja śarāṁścitrānsuvarṇavikṛtānbahūn.

28. In the same way, the emboldened son of Pandu (Arjuna), taking up his divine Gandiva bow—which was foe-slaying, swift, excellent, and capable of accomplishing great tasks—discharged many variegated arrows adorned with gold.
