एष सर्वेषु भूतेषु क्षरश्चाक्षर एव च ।
एकादशविकारात्मा जगत्पिबति रश्मिभिः ॥२०॥

20. He is indeed both the perishable and the imperishable (akṣara) in all beings. Possessing a nature (ātman) characterized by eleven transformations, he absorbs the world through his rays.
