काले मृदुर्यो भवति काले भवति दारुणः ।
स साधयति कृत्यानि शत्रूंश्चैवाधितिष्ठति ॥६६॥

66. kāle mṛduryo bhavati kāle bhavati dāruṇaḥ ,
sa sādhayati kṛtyāni śatrūṁścaivādhitiṣṭhati.

66. The person who is gentle at the appropriate time and harsh at the appropriate time, that individual accomplishes their tasks and, moreover, stands victorious over their enemies.
