पुत्रो वा यदि वा भ्राता पिता वा यदि वा सुहृत् ।
अर्थस्य विघ्नं कुर्वाणा हन्तव्या भूतिवर्धनाः ॥४७॥

arthasya vighnaṁ kurvāṇā hantavyā bhūtivardhanāḥ.

47. Whether it be one's son, brother, father, or friend, if they create an obstacle to one's purpose or wealth (artha), they should be killed, for such actions contribute to the increase of prosperity (bhūti).
