अस्या इदं हि संकल्पमात्रमेवाखिलं जगत् ।
यथा संकल्पनगरं यथा स्वप्नमहापुरम् ॥ ५४ ॥

54. Indeed, for this (consciousness), this entire universe (jagat) is nothing but a mere conception (saṅkalpa), just like a city conceived in thought, or a grand city seen in a dream.
