बत विज्ञानविश्रान्तिरस्य जाता महात्मनः ।
करामलकवद्विश्वं ब्रह्मेति परिपश्यति ॥ २ ॥

bata vijñānaviśrāntirasya jātā mahātmanaḥ ,
karāmalakavadviśvaṃ brahmeti paripaśyati 2

Śrī Vasiṣṭha said: 'Ah, the perfect realization of true knowledge (vijñāna) has dawned for this great soul (mahātman)! He perceives the entire universe as (brahman), as clearly as a fruit in the palm of his hand.'
