Indeed, wherever there is even a minute particle (aṇu) within the universe (jagat), that is the extent of consciousness (cetas). And that very existent (sat) is the cosmic Person (puruṣa). Therefore, the universe (jagat) resides within (antaḥsthitam) all persons (puruṣa).
