एष एव परिज्ञातः सुषुप्तिर्भवति स्वयम् ।
यदा तदा मोक्ष इति प्रोच्यते मोक्षकाङ्क्षिभिः ॥ २९ ॥

When this very state, fully understood, becomes deep sleep (suṣupti) itself, then it is declared as liberation (mokṣa) by those who long for liberation (mokṣa).
