योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-93, verse-47

चित्तोत्सादनरूपेण सर्वत्यागेन भूपते ।
सर्वमासाद्यते सम्यक् साम्राज्येनेव सर्वदा ॥ ४७ ॥
cittotsādanarūpeṇa sarvatyāgena bhūpate ,
sarvamāsādyate samyak sāmrājyeneva sarvadā 47
47. citta-utsādana-rūpeṇa sarva-tyāgena bhūpate
sarvam āsādyate samyak sāmrājyena iva sarvadā
47. bhūpate,
citta-utsādana-rūpeṇa sarva-tyāgena sarvam samyak āsādyate,
iva sarvadā sāmrājyena.
47. O king, through the complete renunciation (tyāga) which takes the form of eradicating the mind (citta), everything is perfectly attained, just as all is always achieved by a universal empire (sāmrājya).
