जडो वराको मूकात्मा तपस्वी देहको ह्ययम् ।
न कश्चन तवैतस्मिन्मा मुधैव तनुं त्यज ॥ १९ ॥

19. This body is indeed inert, wretched, silent in nature, and dedicated to austerities (tapas). There is no fault of yours in it; therefore, do not abandon your body in vain.
