योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-63, verse-67

अवेदने परे शुद्धे वेदनं यज्जगत्स्थितम् ।
अकारणमचैतन्यं शून्यत्वेन यथा नभः ॥ ६७ ॥
avedane pare śuddhe vedanaṃ yajjagatsthitam ,
akāraṇamacaitanyaṃ śūnyatvena yathā nabhaḥ 67
67. avedane pare śuddhe vedanam yat jagatsthitam
akāraṇam acaitanyam śūnyatvena yathā nabhaḥ
67. pare śuddhe avedane,
yat jagatsthitam vedanam,
(tat) akāraṇam acaitanyam,
yathā nabhaḥ śūnyatvena
67. In the supreme, pure, non-cognizant state (avedana), the cognition (vedana) that constitutes the world (jagat) arises. This cognition is without cause and without consciousness, just like space (nabhas) by virtue of its emptiness (śūnyatva).
