योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-9, verse-32

येषु येषु दृढा बद्धा भावना भव्यवस्तुषु ।
तानि तानि विनष्टानि दृष्टानि किमिहोत्तमम् ॥ ३२ ॥
yeṣu yeṣu dṛḍhā baddhā bhāvanā bhavyavastuṣu ,
tāni tāni vinaṣṭāni dṛṣṭāni kimihottamam 32

32. Whatever excellent objects one firmly attaches their thoughts (bhāvanā) to, those very objects are observed to perish. What, then, is truly superior in this world?
