येषु येषु प्रदेशेषु मनो मज्जति बालवत् ।
तेभ्यस्तेभ्यः समाहृत्य तद्धि तत्त्वे नियोजयेत् ॥ ५४ ॥

54. Into whichever regions the mind plunges like a child, from those very (regions) one should withdraw it and indeed engage it in the ultimate reality (tattva).
