बलौ प्रबुद्धे तद्बालं विरेजे नगरं तदा ।
वैरिञ्च इव सूर्यौघ उदिते कमलाकरः ॥ २ ॥

2. When Bali awoke, that city then shone with a fresh splendor, just as a lotus pond blooms when a glorious multitude of suns rises.
