बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-64, verse-20

भयं शत्रुजनेभ्यश्च ज्वरादिव्याद्धिसम्भवः ।
ज्ञानहानिर्मृतेर्भीतिः सिंहे स्वान्तर्गते रवौ ॥२०॥

20. When the Sun (Ravi) is situated in its own internal division within the Leo (siṃha) sign, there will be fear from enemies, occurrence of fevers and other diseases, loss of knowledge, and fear of death.
