मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-49, verse-59

ततो भूमेश्च संयोगादोषध्यस्तास्तदा भवन् ।
अफालकृष्टाश्चानुप्ता ग्राम्यारण्याश्चतुर्दश ॥५९॥
59. tato bhūmeśca saṃyogādoṣadhyastāstadā bhavan .
aphālakṛṣṭāścānuptā grāmyāraṇyāścaturdaśa.
59. tataḥ bhūmeḥ ca saṃyogāt oṣadhyaḥ tāḥ tadā bhavan
aphālakṛṣṭāḥ ca anuptāḥ grāmyāraṇyāḥ caturdaśa
59. Then, from that combination with the earth, those fourteen kinds of herbs and plants—both domestic and wild, unploughed and unsown—came into being.
