मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-49, verse-16

पिशाचोरगरक्षांसि तथा मत्सरिणो जनाः ।
पशवः पक्षिणश्चैव नक्रा मत्स्याः सरीसृपाः ॥१६॥
16. piśācoragarakṣāṃsi tathā matsariṇo janāḥ .
paśavaḥ pakṣiṇaścaiva nakrā matsyāḥ sarīsṛpāḥ.
