मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-49, verse-19

ततश्च तेषां पूर्वाह्ने मध्याह्ने च वितृप्तता ।
पुनस्तथेच्छतां तृप्तिरनायासेन साभवत् ॥१९॥
19. tataśca teṣāṃ pūrvāhne madhyāhne ca vitṛptatā .
punastathecchatāṃ tṛptiranāyāsena sābhavat.
19. tataḥ ca teṣāṃ pūrvāhne madhyāhne ca vitṛptatā |
punaḥ tathā icchatāṃ tṛptiḥ anāyāsena sā abhavat
19. And thereafter, they experienced great satisfaction in the forenoon and at midday. Again, for those desiring it, that satisfaction occurred similarly and effortlessly.
