मर्यादां स्थापयामास यथान्यायं यथागुणम् ॥७५॥

75. saṃsiddhāyāntu vārtāyāṃ tatastāsāṃ svayaṃ prabhuḥ .

When that occupation (vārtā) had been well-established, then the Lord (Brahmā) himself established the proper regulations (maryādā) for them, in accordance with justice and their respective qualities.
