मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-49, verse-30

ब्रह्मन्नन्वपरेषान्तु पेतुः शाखा महीरुहाम् ।
वस्त्राणि च प्रसूयन्ते फलेष्वाभरणानि च ॥३०॥
30. brahmannanvapareṣāntu petuḥ śākhā mahīruhām .
vastrāṇi ca prasūyante phaleṣvābharaṇāni ca.
30. brahman anu apareṣām tu petuḥ śākhāḥ mahīruhām
vastrāṇi ca prasūyante phaleṣu ābharaṇāni ca
30. O Brahmā, subsequently, for others, the branches of the trees provided. And garments were produced from their fruits, along with ornaments.
