महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-169, verse-26

अयुध्यमानं यस्त्वाजौ तथा प्रायगतं मुनिम् ।
छिन्नबाहुं परैर्हन्यात्सात्यके स कथं भवेत् ॥२६॥
26. ayudhyamānaṁ yastvājau tathā prāyagataṁ munim ,
chinnabāhuṁ parairhanyātsātyake sa kathaṁ bhavet.

chinnabāhum paraiḥ hanyāt sātyake saḥ katham bhavet

26. Indeed, whoever in battle would kill a sage (muni) who is not fighting, who has undertaken the vow of starvation (prāyopaveśa), and whose arms have been cut off by enemies — how could that person be Satyaki?
