तस्य विक्षिपतश्चापं श्रुतकीर्तेर्महात्मनः ।
चिच्छेद समरे राजञ्जयत्सेनः सुतस्तव ।

39. O King (rājan), O Bhārata, your son Jayatsena, in the battle (samare), cut the bow of the great-souled (mahātman) Śrutakīrti as he was drawing it, using a very sharp razor-edged arrow (kṣurapreṇa), as if laughing.
