महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-105, verse-38

गौतम उवाच ।
इन्द्रस्य लोका विरजा विशोका दुरन्वयाः काङ्क्षिता मानवानाम् ।
तस्याहं ते भवने भूरितेजसो राजन्निमं हस्तिनं यातयिष्ये ॥३८॥
38. gautama uvāca ,
indrasya lokā virajā viśokā; duranvayāḥ kāṅkṣitā mānavānām ,
tasyāhaṁ te bhavane bhūritejaso; rājannimaṁ hastinaṁ yātayiṣye.

viśokāḥ duranvayāḥ kāṅkṣitāḥ
mānavānām tasya aham te bhavane bhūritejasaḥ

rājan bhūritejasaḥ,
mānavānām kāṅkṣitāḥ duranvayāḥ virajāḥ viśokāḥ indrasya lokāḥ santi.
aham tasya te bhavane imam hastinam yātayiṣye
38. Gautama said: "The worlds of Indra are pure, free from sorrow, difficult for humans to attain, yet deeply desired by them. O King of great splendor, in your abode, I shall send this elephant (to those worlds)."
