महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-105, verse-20

गौतम उवाच ।
मेरोरग्रे यद्वनं भाति रम्यं सुपुष्पितं किंनरगीतजुष्टम् ।
सुदर्शना यत्र जम्बूर्विशाला तत्र त्वाहं हस्तिनं यातयिष्ये ॥२०॥
20. gautama uvāca ,
meroragre yadvanaṁ bhāti ramyaṁ; supuṣpitaṁ kiṁnaragītajuṣṭam ,
sudarśanā yatra jambūrviśālā; tatra tvāhaṁ hastinaṁ yātayiṣye.
20. gautamaḥ uvāca | meroḥ agre yat vanam
bhāti ramyam supuṣpitam kinnara-gīta-juṣṭam
| sudarśanā yatra jambūḥ
viśālā tatra tvā aham hastinam yātayiṣye
20. gautamaḥ uvāca yatra meroḥ agre ramyam supuṣpitam kinnara-gīta-juṣṭam yat vanam bhāti,
yatra sudarśanā jambūḥ viśālā,
tatra aham tvā hastinam yātayiṣye.
20. Gautama said: "Where the charming, well-flowered forest at the peak of Mount Meru shines, frequented by the songs of Kinnaras, and where there is a vast Jambu tree named Sudarśanā—there, I will send the elephant to you."
